Meet our CEO & Founder
Stephanie has built a long standing career in retail and technology with over 10 years of experience in Strategy, Operations, Marketing Leadership roles at some of the largest and fastest growing companies like DoorDash, Walmart, Jet.com, and Johnson & Johnson. She is passionate about brands, retail, at the intersection of technology and helping brands navigate the everchanging retail landscape.
She has had a successful career as an leading the highest growth businesses lines across and being able to take businesses from nacescy to scale. Stephanie has experienced all sides of the retail industry - as a Buyer managing a multi-million dollar business and being responsible for driving assortment decisions across Walmart stores while also building out omnichannel marketing plans to support brands like Johnson’s Baby, Listerine, and even Private Branded businesses like UniquelyJ.
Through Wayfinder Ventures, Stephanie has developed retail marketing strategy & operational skills that helped her succeed in her career and now after honing these skills and benefiting from some much desired personal and professional growth, she is leveraging playbooks to guide brands along the same journey.
